Do you have hotel options with a pool?
Yes. Guests can use the outdoor pool free of charge in all three of our hotels. The pool season runs from May 1 – October 31, with daily usage hours between 09:00–20:00.
Which hotel offers apartment rooms with kitchens?
Apartment rooms with kitchens are available only at Citrus Luna Apart Hotel. All 26 apartment rooms include an oven, stove, refrigerator and washing machine. A special package is also available for long-term stays.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, all our hotels offer a room + breakfast (BB) option. Buffet breakfast is served with hot and cold varieties between 08:00–10:00.
How far are the hotels from Antalya Airport?
Park and Luna hotels are 21 km from the airport, while Urban Hotel is 22 km away. Airport transfer service can be arranged from all our hotels.
Do you provide service in Russian? Is Mir card accepted?
Yes. Russian-speaking staff are available in all our hotels. In addition, Mir credit card is accepted, and a special payment convenience package is offered for our Russian guests.
Are you open during the winter months?
Yes, all three of our hotels provide uninterrupted service 12 months throughout the year. Winter stays are also comfortably accommodated with air conditioning and central heating systems.
